Residential Tunneling and Trenching
Plumbers are texted photos of leaks and broken pipes as shown below indicating the exact area of the problem along with information on particular fittings, pipe size and lengths in advance of getting to work site. In some instances the leak is located in a concrete beam or the slab. When that happens we have the experience and equipment to cleanly remove the concrete exposing the problem area for a proper repair. Detailed communication between the plumber and the excavator facilitates a fast repair of the problem and saves the plumber valuable time.
Plumber alerts us and home owner to the problem and marks the dig location. We set a schedule for the home owner when to expect the dig. Typical excavation starts with removing plants.
Plants are removed and in most cases we can save them if the roots are not to large.

After repairs are complete 75 - 80% of the dirt is repacked filling the tunnel void and the access hole. The remaining dirt is relocated on the property or hauled off. Plants are replaced and the entire area cleaned to restore it to a close approximation of the original condition.
